What I do here

I run the Coliving Cash-Flow Club, a free community on Skool for people who want more cash flow from a house by renting it by the room. Inside it I teach the Coliving Cash-Flow Machine, a seven-module course on finding, funding, converting, filling, and running a rent-by-the-room property. I also built Cash, an AI deal analyst that runs the same numbers I do.

The single-family playbook was written for people with fifty houses. I teach the playbook for one house that actually pays you.

How the guides on this site are written
